Admissions and Enrollment Software Launches: March 2024
Connor Gleason

March is notoriously one of the busiest months for school enrollment offices. Amid the hustle of finalizing admissions, their “march madness” includes answering countless queries, celebrating new acceptances, and ensuring a smooth transition for families.

Nevertheless, some schools have taken a significant leap forward in how they handle their daily tasks. Despite the time crunch, they've successfully launched new admissions and enrollment software, showing their commitment to enhancing the family enrollment experience and streamlining their office processes.

Workloads are becoming more manageable, admissions data is being tracked, and communications are now personalized to each family's needs and interests. Families, in turn, enjoy a smoother, more customized enrollment journey tailored to their specific situations and preferences.

Let's look at just a few of these schools and celebrate the launch of their new admissions and enrollment management software.

Saigon South International School

South Saigon International School now combines a best-in-class website experience with a best-in-class admissions and enrollment experience, engaging users from the moment they land on the site through every step of the admissions process.

The journey to joining the SSIS community begins with visitors exploring the story of its programs, culture, and people, delivering an impressive, immersive, and intuitive user experience as they scroll, click, or tap.

Users will find prompts inviting them to visit, inquire, or apply through Finalsite Enrollment. A branded, embedded inquiry form allows users to request more information or schedule a tour and encourages them to share why they are considering SSIS.

Whether it's the school's dynamic curriculum, advanced facilities, esteemed STEAM program, or other unique offerings, SSIS is eager to understand what attracts families to its community. The inquiry form also asks which other schools families are considering, helping SSIS appreciate its position in the competitive world of international education.

Understanding the global nature of its community, SSIS even customized the forms to allow users to select the preferred language for their tour during the registration process.

Through its user-friendly website and now its tailored admissions process, SSIS makes it clear that it values each family's journey, ensuring that every prospective family feels at home and fully informed when choosing the right educational path for their child.

DePaul Catholic High School

DePaul Catholic High School is a coeducational, diocesan college preparatory high school established in 1956, and over the years, it's grown and evolved to now serve around 470 students from 83 towns and four different countries.

To make the admissions and enrollment process as smooth as possible for families, the school has recently integrated its Finalsite CMS with Finalsite's enrollment management software. This combination streamlines the entire admissions journey, from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a hassle-free experience for both families and the admissions staff.

Prospective students and their families can visit the school's website to find a comprehensive admissions section that offers various options to get to know the school better, including the ability to inquire directly, schedule a shadow day, or sign up for an open house event.

Visitors are asked how they heard about the school and whether they are interested in a wide range of academic, athletic, and extracurricular programs, such as robotics, choir, music, and dance. This allows for a much more personalized outreach strategy during the admissions process.

Furthermore, Finalsite Enrollment's calendar scheduling feature makes planning a visit to the campus easy. Users may select a number of tour dates available, reducing the need for those annoying back-and-forth emails and simplifying the process for prospective families to get to campus and see the school in person.

Once families feel ready to take the next step, the formal application process through the admissions portal on the website guides them through creating an account or continuing with their application.

By simplifying these administrative processes, DePaul ensures that both families and their offices can focus more on what truly matters — the education and growth of students and providing a nurturing and comprehensive educational experience.

Congratulations to these other schools that went live with their admissions and enrollment software in March:
