American Overseas School of Rome (AOSR) began their partnership with Finalsite in 2010. Now, over a decade later, the international school continues to leverage Finalsite's robust software, secure hosting and award-winning website design.

Highlighting Cultural Diversity
Cultural diversity is a core aspect of education at AOSR, and that identity shines through in the homepage and interior pages, with messaging like “Where Diversity is Celebrated” and interactive infographics showcasing the 52 nationalities represented at AOSR.
Other key pages include Voices From the Community — which shows the cultural diversity of the school through images, testimonials, and flags — and Multicultural By Design, a community engagement page geared towards parents.
AOSR's website also aids in faculty recruitment — a growing challenge for international schools. In celebrating their global educators, the school both highlights cultural diversity and encourages new faculty to join their community.
The Power of Finalsite Support
Aside from the website itself, Emma said the best part about working with Finalsite is the support she receives.
"I am familiar with the platform and feel comfortable using the CMS, but it's nice to know I have support when needed. The response time is very quick when I do have questions," said Emma, "and I find having a help team and the ticket center really helpful. It's nice to know that when I do have issues, there is support 24/7 to help me resolve them."
She also noted the many events that Finalsite provides for professional development and training — from Finalsite University to School Marketing Day.
"Finalsite's in-person workshops were really helpful when I was first learning how to use the CMS. It was also a great place for networking, and just general marketing ideas." She is looking forward to those resuming post pandemic.
