We've enhanced our refund handling and refined the user experience for Split Contracts. Plus, our bug-squashing efforts ensure smooth operations as always!

What's New

  • We’ve improved the user experience for Split Contracts. Parents linked to a single account now see only their name and percentage in the left column. (Previously, they saw a little dropdown with their name and percentage in addition to the one displayed above.)
     
  • The way we handle failed refunds has been improved.  When a refund fails, the amount is immediately sent back to your school's bank account, and Admins with “Failed Payments” notifications enabled will be alerted. To learn more about refunds, check out our: Refunding a Payment article.

Bug Fixes

  • SSATB applications were importing ‘Mobile’ instead of ‘Cell’ in the phone fields. We’ve updated it so that it automatically updates to our value through the API.
     
  • We implemented a fix for the 'Warning: Needs Response' dispute message, enabling you to submit evidence in response to this specific dispute message.
     
  • A text message failed due to the emoji that was added to it. We've made backend adjustments to better detect and handle such failures.
